Coming from a diverse country, Malaysia, I speak several languages and a few dialects: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Malay. After earning my Bachelors in Finance in 2007, I partnered up with family members to start a retail business in Glendale, CA in 2008. In 2010, with little savings, I bought my first cozy home in Chino Hills. After my initial soft touch in residential real estate, I began to explore commercial real estate. Finally in 2012, instead of paying rent to the retail landlord, my partners and I bought the retail building from our landlord and relief from worrying rent increase and termination of lease contract from the landlord onwards. I really love real estate and strongly believe in stocks, IRA and pension investment, in addition, investing in real estate is a crucial path for retirement goals. After gaining some equity in my primary home, I cashed out some capital from my primary home and bought an investment home in Chino Hills in 2015. My continuous investments in real estate led me into getting my real estate license in 2016. I was blessed and grateful to be able to help 16 clients for their residential and commercial real estate needs in my first year. Buying a home is one of the essential life events and I enjoy every moment of it especially when handing the keys to my clients receiving their dream home. In 2019, I am glad that I met my team leader Freeman and brought me into Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty.
