Cindy was extraordinary and was always available to help my significant other and I out no matter the time or day. She was very knowledgeable and was available for home tours whenever we requested it. Her responsiveness was incredible and got back to us very quickly. We purchased a newly constructed townhouse and Cindy also gave us her opinion (both positive and negative) on what to look out for, what can be improved, etc. She followed up with our loan mortgage officer/escrow without us needing to ask her to and helped us close as soon as possible. She really really treated our situation as if she was purchasing the property as an owner – she looked out for us and had our best interests in mind. Cindy was patient and also helped a LOT with our purchase. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing any home. Danlin did outstanding jobs in her job. She gave me very good suggestions and recommendations. Also she always responses effectively and quickly. It is first time I bought a resold house. This condo has been on the market for a while. However after my family went to check it in person, we fell in love with it. Sunny helped my family to get the condo below listing price. She and I were discussing about how much we should offer and the seller accepted our offer:) Truly appreciate her time and work put in the negotiation.
